By booking and renting an ice cream cart from Sims Premier Events LLC, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• To reserve an ice cream cart, a non-refundable deposit is required.
• Full payment is due by the date of the scheduled rental date.

• Cancellations made 60 days before the rental date will be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental date.

• The rental period begins at the agreed-upon time and ends at the agreed-upon time.
• Overtime charges may apply if additional time is requested.

• The renter is responsible for the proper care and handling of the ice cream cart during the rental period.
• Any damage caused to the ice cream cart during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter and may incur additional charges.

• The renter agrees to indemnify and hold [Your Company Name] harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the ice cream cart.

• Sims Premier Events LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
